This policy outlines scenarios where accommodating a student with disabilities at SAIT (Southern Alberta Institute of Technology) could pose unreasonable challenges. These situations may include:

a) Accommodations that significantly disrupt the rights of other students.

b) Accommodations that raise health or safety issues.

c) Accommodations that incur excessive financial costs for SAIT.

d) Accommodations that prevent the fulfillment of essential course or program requirements.
