There are 15 grounds under which people are protected by Human Rights Legislation. They include:

             The Interfaith Centre is a community hub on campus where inclusivity is standard, questions are always welcome                   and the differences between people and cultures are explored and celebrated.

We have a duty to accommodate our students with disabilities in higher education to the point of undue hardship to SAIT. The threshold for this determination is high and must consider whether meeting the accommodation could negatively impact the entire institution, not just a single course or program. In most cases, this is very difficult to justify. Especially in larger institutions like SAIT.
