The first step in receiving accommodations is filling in the Intake Form
| Please ensure you book an appointment with an advisor 2-3 weeks before you will need your accommodations as spots fill up quickly. |
Students new to Accessibility Services, please complete the Intake Form. Once the intake form is submitted the student will be sent a link to book an appointment with an Accessibility Advisor.
