This guide provides information on the 2023 edition of the IEEE Citation Style as used at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.

List both authors separate by the word "and".

An organization, government agency, or company is the author

List the full name of the organization, government agency, or company as the author.

The book doesn't have an ed. (edition) or vol. (volume)

Exclude the edition and/or volume information.

More than one editor List each editor separated by a comma with an and before the last author. Change Ed. to Eds. [7] S. I'm not sure if I should end the citation with a period You should only omit the period if your citation ends with an internet address (URL). Otherwise, include a period at the end for doi, page range, or year of publication. See examples throughout guide
