Then close/re-open the browser and access the resource again. After trying this nifty trick to clear out corrupted files lurking in your browser, if you are still asked to log into a site, pay for content, encounter error screens, or run into any other barriers, please contact the library. Often, we don't know there is a problem unless you tell us.

Films on Demand Log In Problems - There appears to be an issue with Windows that prevents access to Films on Demand videos when the link is clicked from a Microsoft document. Please see the Films on Demand Help page for work-arounds.
The Library has moved many of the online standards and codes from IHS to Techstreet. Links to API, ASME, ASTM, all National and Alberta Building Codes, and select ISO standards need to be updated to Techstreet in order to work.
