Cite an eBook or eJournal article as an electronic book or electronic article on the Books or Articles tabs. 

Follow Canadian or US cities with the two-letter abbreviation for the province, territory or state. 

Parts of Web Sites

When citing, a reference should start with the individual or organization with responsibility for the content. Therefore, begin the reference with information about the entire site, followed by information about the part.

Corporation is the author Omit "The" proceeding an organization. Use full name, separating divisions of an organization by a comma.  American Medical Association, Committee on Ethics.
Corporation is an International body with unclear origin Include the 2-letter ISO country code in round brackets after the organization name National Academy of Medicine (US).
No date, but there is copyright data. Use the copyright date with a "c" preceding the date c2015
No date - part of Web site. If neither a date of publication nor a date of copyright can be found for the part of a Web site, use the date of update/revision and/or the date cited.  MD Anderson Cancer Center [Internet].
