Step 2: Click the
"
icon", located at the top of the page, next to the search bar.
Step 3: Select the "Upload video" button.
Videos are private to you until you publish them.

"Privacy Settings" tab in this guide.
Step 4: Select the video you would like to upload from your computer. You can also import a video from Google Photos.
Your video is now uploading. You can edit the basic information, including writing your title of up to 100 characters and write a description of up to 5,000 characters.
Step 5: Complete requested information and click "Next" to move through the screens.
Much of the information requested on the next few screens is optional. If you miss a required element you'll be prompted to complete it before moving on.
Step 6: Click "Save" to finish uploading a public video to YouTube.
If you've set the video to private you can still share with your instructor or others. Click on the word "Private" next to your video on the Channel content page to invite viewers by email.
